If you thought underage Kylie Jenner and Tyga's romance was dodgy, it gets WORSE!
Many of eyes have raised our eyebrows at the relationship between 17-year-old Kylie Jenner and 25-year-old rapper Tyga. While they’ve made no secret of their time together, the pair are expected to go public with their romance when Kylie turns 18 on 10 August. But until then, Tyga is battling more underage claims in court. Seriously!
According to Radar Online, model Allison Brown filed suit against the rapper, his record label, and other defendants in 2013, claiming he “coerced young and impressionable under-age women to pose nude” during a music video shoot. The suit was settled at a hearing in December 2014. At the time the terms of the settlement were sealed, but now they have come to light in court documents obtained by Radar.
In the leaked court documents, Allison claims she was “invited to the location of a music video — a large mansion in the Hollywood Hills — where she, and a group of similarly situated women [were] served unlimited amounts of alcohol…”
“After hours of being encouraged to drink (without verification of the victim’s age) the victim is summoned to the room where the scene is filmed. After one or two takes, the director and the crew members (I.e. Camera operators) encourage the victim to remove her clothing. Still under the influence of alcohol, the victim is successfully pressured to remove her clothing contingent on the promise that her intimate areas will be ‘edited out,'” according to the documents.
“Defendant Tyga, shirtless, was the centrepiece of the scene, where girls were asked to dance in a sexually suggestive manner on and around him while Tyga’s song ‘Make It Nasty’ was played as background music and Ms. Brown was told to dance with the music.”
According to the documents, Tyga agreed to pay Allison $50,000 to drop all claims. While she received $25,000 at the time, she is still waiting for the rest of it.
The fact that Kris Jenner supports Tyga’s relationship with daughter Kylie concerns us.
