Shaking her booty helps Beyoncé maintain her sizzling bod

Do you need a push to get motivated about your workout routine? Why not try something new? To give you some inspiration, here are some of the top ways Tinseltown's hottest stars keep in shape.

DANCE IT OUT LIKE BEYONCÉ
She’s known to work out at least five times a week, using weights for 45 minutes and then cardio for another 30 minutes, but Beyoncé still has fun with her routine by lightening it up with her signature moves. Take a leaf out of her book by adding dance moves to your cardio or joining a Zumba class in Doha – try The Bay Club at the Intercontinental Doha or the Sheraton Doha.

TONE UP WITH PILATES LIKE KIM
Looking fab just months after the birth of baby North, Kim Kardashian is spending hours each week
toning up at pilates classes. E! News online reports that the reality star spends just under an hour per session working her core and doing cross-training exercises, burning up to 500 calories a time. As well as improving your core stability, pilates helps tone arms, buttocks and thighs – give it a go at the Ritz Carlton Doha spa or the fitness centre at Intercontinental Doha The City.

ISLA GETS HER GLOW FROM YOGA
Isla Fisher keeps her enviable figure in check with regular yoga sessions. As well as reducing stress levels and helping you sleep better, the more vigorous kinds of yoga like Ashtanga also put your heart rate well into the aerobic range. In Doha, Yama Yoga Studios offers more than 50 classes a week, or you could try a session in the luxurious surrounds of the Six Senses Spa.

SCARLETT IS A WEIGHTS FAN
Scarlett Johansson much prefers pumping iron to cardio and admits she has a blokey approach to exercise.  “I go to the gym twice a week but if I’m preparing for a role I sometimes go every day,” she tells French ELLE magazine. “To be honest I work out like a guy!’’ Follow her lead by signing up to a Doha gym or taking advantage of the gym facilities in your compound or apartment tower.

REESE LOVES A GOOD JOG
Reese Witherspoon is regularly seen out pounding the pavement to keep in hot shape, either doing a power walk or a jog. While jogging makes some of us want to dive for the couch, it’s a highly effective way to shed kilos, especially if you combine it with other kinds of exercise like Reese does – she’s a big fan of spin classes and yoga.

KELLY MIXES IT UP
Kelly Osbourne is known for her yo-yoing weight – but is managing to keep her figure looking svelte these days thanks to a mixed routine which involves 30 minutes of cardio every day, mostly intervals on the treadmill, along with sessions of weights, yoga or pilates, RadarOnline reports. To follow Kelly’s example, enrol in a gym with a wide variety of classes and weights-based sessions such as Aspire Active or Fitness First.
