Do you need a push to get motivated about your workout routine? Why not try something new? To give you some inspiration, here are some of the top ways Tinseltown's hottest stars keep in shape.

She’s known to work out at least five times a week, using weights for 45 minutes and then cardio for another 30 minutes, but Beyoncé still has fun with her routine by lightening it up with her signature moves. News online reports that the reality star spends just under an hour per session working her core and doing cross-training exercises, burning up to 500 calories a time. As well as reducing stress levels and helping you sleep better, the more vigorous kinds of yoga like Ashtanga also put your heart rate well into the aerobic range.
