Hotel Review: Jebel Ali Golf Resort & Spa
While the Palm Tree Court & Spa undergoes extensive renovation until the end of summer, its sister property, the Jebel Ali Hotel, remains a favourite family beach staycation choice for Dubai residents.
The hotel’s 206 rooms and suites have light, modern interiors highlighted by dark wooden furniture and stylish art. All suites have terraces that overlook gardens – peacocks included – and waterfalls. All rooms also come with fabulous views of the ocean or the greenery.
There are tons of food options. Visit Ibn Majed for its delicious themed evenings which travel from the Mediterranean to China. Or drop into the White Orchid for some innovative Far Eastern dishes featuring delicacies from Japan, China and Thailand.
You and your family will never get bored here. Choose from a fantastic range of activities that include horseback riding, golf, diving and deep sea fishing. There’s also a shooting range plus a chance to play Petanque, the Provencal version of boules.
Currently, the Superior Executive Suite is the hotel’s best accommodation. A foyer leads into a large, beautifully-decorated bedroom and charming living area. You will love the walk-in wardrobe, well-stocked mini bar and full entertainment options that include LCD TVs, DVD player and free DVD rental. Gorgeous bathrooms come with full amenities. You and your family will have access to the privileged Peacock Lounge as well.
