Hilton Abu Dhabi Invites You to Celebrate a Malaysian Food Fest
Have you ever been to Malaysia? Don't feel left out if the answer is no, as the Hilton Abu Dhabi is brining Malaysia to you! At least, when it comes to the fresh and delicious dishes that represent the countries dining culture.
In partnership with Visit Malaysia, Pesta Malaysia is set to offer a variety of Malaysian delicacies at La Terrazza from 14 - 20 September, 7-11 pm.
To offer our guests an authentic experience, the hotel is flying in Executive Sous Chef Wong Song Ying from Hilton Kuching, who has over 14 years of culinary experience.
For the Pesta Malaysia food festival in Abu Dhabi, the Chef will be showcasing two Sarawakian signature dishes - barbecued fish with spicy shrimp paste and Sarawak laksa. Sarawak laksa comes from the Malaysian state Sarawak, on the island of Borneo. It has a base of Sambal belacan, sour tamarind, garlic, galangal, lemon grass and coconut milk, topped with omelette strips, chicken strips, prawns, fresh coriander and lime.
