A: Interval training is the best way to bust cellulite - combining cardio and weights. Two great exercises to do would be lunges and squats (as the glutes and upper thighs is where you’ll find most of the cellulite). Another highly effective method is swimming as this is a great workout for the butt and thighs. - Derryn
