DAVID HASSELHOFF has finally agreed on a divorce settlement with ex-wife PAMELA BACH - he will pay US$25,000 -a-month to support her and their two children.

The former Baywatch star has signed an agreement calling him to pay out US$21,000 a-month to ex-wife Pamela Bach and another US$4,000 to support their daughters, 17-year-old Taylor and 15-year-old Hayley.

The settlement comes after a bitter battle through the courts since the former couple divorced in 2006 after 16 years of marriage.

Hasselhoff and Bach have been granted joint custody of the children, as well as agreeing joint ownership on their San Fernando Valley, California home.

The family's cars, bank accounts and Hasselhoff's pensions from acting and directing guilds will be divided equally.
