Halle Berry and her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry have been locked in a child support and custody battle for years and now Halle has been ordered to pay $20,000 a month to Gabriel in child support.

The messy court fight over their four-year-old daughter Nahla has gone on since the pair split in 2010, and in March, Gabriel filed legal papers seeking at least $15,000-a-month from the Oscar-winning actress to rent a home and keep their daughter in the comfortable surroundings she has become accustomed to.

On 18 June, a family law judge ruled in Gabriel’s favour and ordered the Monster's Ball star to pay the 35-year-old $240,000 a year, according to TMZ.

But not all is resolved with these two! They’re still locked in a bitter battle over Halle's request to move Nahla to her fiancé Olivier Martinez's native France amid fears for her daughter's safety after multiple run-ins with an alleged stalker and the paparazzi.

Halle's stalker Richard Franco was sentenced to a year in prison in January after he attempted to scale the walls of her property three times. She also complained about the paps. "It's not one photographer hiding in the bushes, it's 20, 30 very close to us, causing commotion," she said. "I'm not complaining about me. I'm an adult. I can handle it. But children should not be subject to that. It's just wrong."
