Hakkasan Dubai serves up Ramadan Menu with a Chinese Twist
The Middle East meets China as Hakkasan prepares to serve fusion cuisine during the Holy Month
It's a super-trendy London transplant that's had enduring popularity because of it's inventive Cantonese cuisine that's consistently on point. For Ramadan the team at Hakkasan have devised new dishes that are inspired by a meeting of the Middle East and China. They incorporate local ingredients and provide satisfying nourishment at the end of the day's fasting.
Dishes include mushroom and pistachio dumpling, cuttlefish and bean curd roll, charcoal-grilled black cod with Chinese chives and stir-fry chicken with pandan leaf and lemongrass. For dessert try the toffee apple with five spice caramel and green apple sorbet.
