What a week for mini fashionistas! Not only has Madonna’s Material Girl range expanded into cosmetics and sleepwear, but kooky pop heroine Gwen Stefani has launched a new line exclusively for her smaller fans.

Not content with conquering adult apparel, Gwen’s Harajuku Mini collection is set to shake up kids clothing with a shrunken down spin-off of her Japanese inspired Harajuku Lovers line of accessories and fragrances, and contemporary L.A.M.B runway collections. The line for tiny tweens is to be sold exclusively through US power retailer Target with even tinier prices, ranging from 15dhs to 100dhs

Working mum to two of pop’s trendiest tots, Gwen’s love for all things Japanese is the inspiration behind the new range.”I’ve always wanted to do a cool children’s fashion line inspired by the supercute and playful kid’s clothing you find in Japan,” said the uber-glam singer.

“The whole idea is about being creative, expressing your individuality and having fun getting dressed.” Harajuku Mini will no doubt be a hit when it rolls out in Target stores from this November.
