Grosvenor House Dubai's Restaurants to Debut New Summer Menus
Grosvenor House Dubai’s popular eateries are shaking things up for summer with the introduction of delicious new dishes. At Toro Toro diners can look forward to refined dishes including salmon ceviche and beef tiradito with cinnamon and rocoto sauce. The menu also features larger sharing dishes like the pollo a la parrilla – grilled chicken with adobo sauce – and sea beam served with prawns and calamari and an aji amarillo sauce. For dessert try the succulent milk-infused sponge tres leches cake with fresh berries and vanilla cream.
At Grosvenor House’s Turkish restaurant, Ottomans you can feast like a sultan with cold starters such as acili ezme (Turkish red pepper and walnut dip), yaprak sarma (stuffed grape leaves), hummus and traditional gavur dagi salad with tomato, cucumber, walnut and chilli flakes with pomegranate dressing. For mains, try the tender darulziyafe koftesi – lamb kofte wrapped with saj bread and sautéed fresh spinach with warm hummus and end on a sweet note with kazan dibi, a sticky milk pudding with mixed berries served with Turkish ice cream.
If Indian food gets your tastebuds going then you have to head to Chef Vineet Bhatia’s Indego for classics with a summer twist. Whet your appetite with lentil soup with potato tikka, followed by a tandoori salmon starter served with peas and potato samosa. Mains include classic lamb rogan josh with saffron pulao and juicy chicken tikka, simmered in an irresistible buttery tomato sauce and served with saffron pulao. Topping off the meal is the ever-popular marbled chocolate samosa and a side of rose petal and vanilla bean smoothie.
