It’s la dolce vita at Grand Hyatt Dubai’s
Andiamo restaurant this month as guest chef Gabriele Ioanna from Ristorante Santa Lucia in Biccari, Italy
returns to the hotel to serve up authentic pizza. If oozing melted cheese,
flavourful tomato base and crispy crust are the subject of your foodie dreams
then Andiamo is a must-visit between 14 and 20 October.
The focus is on
simple, good quality ingredients that make for creative pizza toppings. Try pizza
with truffles, courgette flowers, salted fish roe or artisan Italian cheeses. Pizzas
are available for lunch and dinner, but if you want to do more than just order
them off the menu you can get involved in a cooking class with Chef Gabriele on
17 October from 3pm to 4pm.
There’s also an
exclusive brunch on 19 October featuring Chef Gabriele’s specialities alongside
Andiamo’s regional Italian favourites. Buon appetito!
