Since his departure following the closure of Verre at Dubai Creek, celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has been notably quiet on our shores. However, with the influx of the crème de la crème of the culinary world consistently descending on the region to make Dubai a globally renowned gastronomic destination to be reckoned with, it looks like our Gord has decided it’s high time he came back!
Due to open in Autumn, his London based concept, The Bread Kitchen will open in Dubai to become the chef’s third international outpost of the highly successful chain, following openings in Hong Kong and Singapore. The aim is to provide diners with an atmosphere-led, high quality dining experience that ticks the boxes for the new trend in informal, casual dining. The British European menu and imaginative mixologists making up an integral part of the restaurant, will also offer an exciting twist to the norm.
Gordon said of the new venture, “I am incredibly excited to open Bread Street Kitchen in Atlantis, The Palm. The expertise of the team at Atlantis make them ideal partners and I’ll be working closely with them to deliver a dining experience of the highest standards and one that reflects the ethos of its sister restaurant in St Paul’s London.”
