The Palm Jumeirah steakhouse, named after Brooklyn’s butcher street, that made a US prime beef cut along with a glass of your favourite tipple affordable, has turned its hand to weekend breakfasts and BBQs. West 14th’s continental breakfast includes cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, muesli, four types of pastries, fresh fruit cuts and breads with one juice, tea or coffee for only Dhs75. Those looking for a little more substance can indulge in the hot cooked breakfast with eggs cooked to your liking, beef bacon, sausage, hash brown, grilled tomato, baked beans, one juice and tea or coffee for an even more affordable Dhs59. If you can’t decide which breakfast to have, tuck into both for just Dhs125.

And if breakfast is not your thing, then join in for a BBQ spread – for Dhs95, expect a grilled half baby chicken marinated peri-peri style with salad and French fries, delicious 150g Argentinean rib eye steak accompanied with French fries and gravy or the Arabic mix grill - a selection of meats such as lamb kofta, chicken kebab and beef kebab with sides of mixed salad, hummus and Arabic bread. Go on, head West...14th.
