Give Hammour a Break!

Despite being disastrously over-fished and on the endangered list, hammour is still seen on far too many restaurants’ menus. Good news is that food services company Horeca has launched a delicious and sustainable option in the form of hoki – a New Zealand-sourced white fish that’s rich in omega-3. We’re pleased to see that there’s a whole host of hotels and outlets across the UAE that have added this environmentally friendly option to their restaurant menus, including chains such as Rotana, Hilton, The Address, Jumeirah, Le Meridien and JW Marriott.
