Get Ready for the Wild Wadi Swim Burj Al Arab 2013
Burj Al Arab

You don't have to be Rebecca Adlington to swim around the Burj Al Arab for a good cause!  On Friday 1 February, hundreds of participants will descend into the waters and swim an 800m loop around the Burj Al Arab under the watchful eyes of the Wild Wadi Lifeguards.

With six categories to compete in as either a team or individually, the swim is open to both men and women of all ages. Registration is from 6am to 7.30am and costs Dhs275 per person with all funds donated to Medecins Sans Frontieres.

In 2010, 500 swimmers raised over Dhs205,000 for MSF and in 2011, 678 swimmers raised over Dhs256,000. for the charity!

From health club memberships and two-night stays in Burj Al Arab (amaze!), to Wild Wadi Waterpark passes and meals in Jumeirah restaurants, the winners placed 1, 2 and 3 in each category have plenty of prizes up for grabs. So start doing laps and get ready to race for a great cause!

INFO: Registration takes place at Wild Wadi Waterpark entrance. Register at www.premiermarathons.com.
