Some women just cannot leave the house without a touch of makeup, even if they are going to the gym! Here are some tips that will prevent you from clogging your pores while at the gym.
• Stay clear of foundation, just use concealer in the areas that need it.
• A waterproof mascara such as Maybelline’s Colossal (dhs45), will give you thick long lashes without smudging while you sweat it out on the treadmill
• A hint of powder blush will give you a rosy glow, although you might not even need it if you’re exercising hard enough!
• Tinted lip balm is better than a lip gloss or lipstick, so you don’t have to worry about constantly smearing it on your towel!
• Keep it very light because from all the sweating you will be doing, too much makeup will block your pores and lead to breakouts.
