A stylish new Thai restaurant has just opened in Dubai Marina, specialising in home-cooked Thai favourites with a modern twist.
Charm Thai Dubai has opened its doors within Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, with stylish and sleek decor, flavour-packed dishes, and the warm hospitality Thailand is known for.
Some of the must-try dishes include: Thai-style shrimp fritters with Betel Leaf, deep fried minced chicken with roasted rice powder (Larb Thod), Thai omlette with crab meat (pictured below) and sun dried beef (Nue Dad Daew).
The restaurant's head chef, Arunee Sirikhun, is a native of Thailand with over a decade of culinary experience spanning three continents, and has carefully curated the menu, keeping traditional Thai methods in mind, while slightly modernising some of the recipes.
There's an open-plan kitchen, and impressive bar space, with Thai inspired cocktail menu, and mocktails.
And of course, it wouldn't be a Thai restaurant without a serving of mango sticky rice.
It's now open in Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina, follow Charm Thai DXB on Instagram or see charmthaidxb.com
