Celebrity chef Eric Lanlard has put himself on the A list of the best patissiers in the world, according to Vanity Fair. Not surprising, considering his legendary skills of making famous Parisian desserts.
Arden fans of Eric include Madonna, Guy Richie, Claudia Schiffer and Elizabeth Hurley. He has also made several appearances on television, giving him the title of “food celebrity”.
The free master class will take place on Monday, 11 November between 6 pm to 8 pm at Tavola, City Centre Mirdif, where Eric will teach avid bakers on how to make the best croquembouche.
Culinary enthusiasts can also opt for private master classes, which takes place on the following days:
