Foodie Weekend in Abu Dhabi
Spinach ravioli with celery, fennel and caper-sage butter

Park Hyatt’s philosophy is to produce food that is thoughtfully sourced and carefully served. For anyone wanting to learn more about that concept, the hotel is hosting the Park Hyatt Masters of Food and Grape from 20 to 22 September. The culinary events include a Sustainable Grill Dinner hosted by Executive Chef Laurent Pommey and Chef de Cuisine Maik Lilienthal on 20 September.

You can look forward to dishes such as Omani lobster carpaccio with coriander, chilli tomato and cucumber salad, and local mackerel fillet with herb crust and caper butter sauce. A special vegetarian three-course menu will also be available at The Park Bar & Grill over the weekend. The menu features orange couscous and mint salad, spinach ravioli with celery, fennel and caper-sage butter and stuffed purple kohlrabi with sweet potato-chilli purée and kenia beans.

On 22 September there’s a vegetarian cooking class with Chef Maik Lillienthal, in The Residence Kitchen, followed by a three-course lunch.
