The foodie finds making mouths water this month

From Manhattan to the Marina, we’ve found our new favourite weekend haunt. Based on the New York deli concept, Dubai’s latest arrival Maybury is chock-full of delicious delicacies from fresh halal meats and seafood to locally grown produce, cheese and freshly baked bread. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served on the massive terrace, while an interactive cooking studio promises to keep foodies entertained. See you there!

Looking to impress at your next dinner party? Jumeirah 1’s new Top Chef Cook School promises you’re capable of just that. Offering culinary master classes for adults and kids by French Chef Hadrien Villedieu, the stylish studio will soon have you cooking restaurant quality dishes, such as the pan seared tuna recipe opposite, like a pro.

An Apple A Day…

You know that juicer you used daily in January and which has been gathering dust since? It’s time to dust it off again, for March is apple season.
