This Week: How to do a proper push-up.
Lower your chest as near to the ground as you can in order to engage as many muscle groups as possible, especially in the chest and shoulder areas. If the motion is less it will only strengthen your triceps. Your body should be parallel to the floor in order to work your core muscles effectively.
