Fashion Insider: SJP's Shoes and DKNY Comes to Dubai
At long last Sarah Jessica Parker is set to launch her very own shoe range. We’ve been desperate for the SATC star and fashion icon to develop her own shoe collection for ages, and now she finally is! The range, named SJP, will be a collection of chic footwear, (plus a few trench coats), and Sarah Jessica will be seeking help from Manolo Blahnik CEO George Malkemus. Very exciting stuff!
BFFs Turn Designers
Exciting rumours are circulating of the possibility that friends Rita Ora and Cara Delevingne are going to be collaborating on a clothes range together! Nothing has been confirmed yet but the word is that the pair will be working on a collection for Topshop. That’s some duo!
Givenchy Snubs PFW
French fashion brand Givenchy has decided to step out of Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week for the second season in a row. The fashion house have declined an invitation to take part in the bi-annual event, sparking speculation as to why. Givenchy still continues to show at Paris Ready-To-Wear Fashion Week, so perhaps they have decided to focus on this side of the fashion house for a while?

Fashion Insider was saddened to hear the news that celebrity stylist Annabel Tollman passed away suddenly this week. Annabel has worked with A-list clients including Scarlett Johansson and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. She was an important part of the fashion industry and will be truly missed.
DKNY COMES TO DUBAI!
DKNY is coming to the UAE! The American brand has announced plans for its DKNY Artworks exhibition, which will be cropping up in some of the world’s most fashionable cities, including our very own Dubai. Ten artists will create artworks featuring the brand’s four letters on walls and buildings around each of the chosen cities. The Dubai leg of the project will be appearing on a wall near you over the summer months!
And Finally... Pippa Middleton has turned journalist after signing a deal to become Vanity Fair UK’s newest columnist. Pippa plans to talk about fashion life and socialities in her monthly column! Whatever next!
