SQUATS: Squats strengthen the whole body. 
1. Stand with your feel slightly shoulder width apart with your toes turned slightly out and your arms out in front of you.
2. Lower your body slowly while keeping a strong lower back. Keep your knees aligned with your toes and toes on the ground.
3. Push your chest up, keep your back tight, and your eyes forward. Maintain a straight line along your spine.
4. Finally, move your body down so you are just below parallel, so that your buttocks drops just below your knees. Come back up by pushing through your heels. Then repeat.
