Dubai residents will enjoy an extra day of free parking this week. The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced that no parking charges will be imposed on Thursday, 13 September, to mark the Islamic New Year holiday.

Hence, parking tariffs will resume on Saturday, 15 September.

All customer happiness centres will remain closed on Thursday, said the RTA, except for the one at Umm Al Ramool which will operate round the clock, as always.
