Enjoy an Alternative Iftar at A4 Space
During the Holy Month of Ramadan, step inside the magical Ghaf Kitchen and A4 Space ‘Ramadan Garden’ for a unique and alternative iftar.
From 18 June and running until Eid, A4 Space will be completely transformed into an enchanting indoor urban oasis, complete with two separate dining areas: the main ground floor A4 Space for general bookings, reimagines as The Potting Shed, and The Treehouse mezzanine level for group bookings of ten and above. The iconic Ghaf Kitchen vintage Citroen H van ‘restaurant on wheels’, will be at the very centre of the ‘greenhouse’ fun with Luigi, the vintage 3-wheeler bike serving piping hot coffee on the side.
In keeping with culture and tradition, break your fast with dates and start off with lentil soup with Arabic herbed bread, marinated feta cheese, beetroot hummus and house-cured olives to share.
Choose your main course: rotisserie corn-fed chicken with homemade piri piri sauce with posh slaw and fries, roast leg of lamb with salsa verde and roast potato with green beans on the side or the Ghaf Kitchen legendary ‘posh’ fish finger sandwich made with fresh haddock, mushy peas, tartar sauce and fries.
Hand crafted fresh juices and cordials will be whipped up such as fresh pink grapefruit with rosewater and fever tree tonic, homemade strawberry lemonade or cucumber fizz with fresh mint.
Boardgame Space will be offering fun games including Pandemic or Ticket to Ride or go with old school with Scrabble, Backhammon or Chess. Not a fan of games? A4 Space will be presenting “Here Comes The Sun” in collaboration with Cinema Akil, a series of complimentary film screenings featuring 13 films relating to sunlight from around the world, showcasing every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 9pm in the A4 Space cinema.
