Eid Al Adha prediction

Eid Al Adha is most likely to fall on September 23, which means residents can apparently look forward to a 4 day break!

A UAE astronomer told Emirates 24/7 that the moon of Dhu Al Hijjah, the last month in the lunar calendar, is expected to be sighted on September 13 and Eid Al Adha normally starts on the 10th of Dhu Al Hijjah.

September 23 is a Wednesday, which means the public and probably even the private sector can have a four-day break before resuming work on Sunday, September 27.

Eid Al Adha is the time when millions of Muslims from all over the world converge on Makkah for the annual pilgrimage.
