Eid Al Adha declared in the UAE

It's official! Eid will fall on Friday September 1, 2017.

This means that Arafat day will be on Thursday, August 31 so we're looking at a long weekend to enjoy with friends and family.

Holidays for the public sector have also been announced by The Federal Authority for Human Resources, reports Khaleej Times. Government employees will enjoy holidays from next Thursday, August 31, 2017, until Sunday, September 3. Work will resume officially from Monday, September 4.

Private sector holidays are yet to be announced, but keep watching this space for further information!
