Ed Sheeran's tattoo artist isn't a fan of his inkings - and claims he's lost clients because of them.
Ed boasts a collection of around 60 quirky tattoos, including cartoon penguin Pingu, a Heinz Ketchup label and a gingerbread man.
Ed has spent more than 40 hours getting inked by Derbyshire-based tattooist Kevin Paul, but the artist admitted to Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper he actually thinks the designs are "****".
"I agree with most of it, his tattoos aren't very good," he said, addressing criticism over the musician's extensive body art collection. "I take the **** out of Ed all the time, when I'm with him, that they are ****."
Although Kevin wasn't totally on board with Ed and Harry Styles' decision to get matching Pingu tattoos in honour of their favourite childhood cartoon, he added: "It's what they wanted, it's a personal memory and it means something to them."
He went on to admit working with famous faces "changed things" in his career, admitting his client base "died off" when he began doing "Pingu and gingerbread men on pop stars". However, he insisted he has "zero regrets" over working with Ed, as he's gone on to build a celebrity fan base, and become the go-to guy for stars including Rihanna, Harry Styles and Cara Delevingne.
