Opening on 1 September, The Green Planet will allow families and nature enthusiasts to explore the latest operation at Dubai’s City Walk. The four-storey, tropical rainforest is the newest biodome to hit the city with the largest manmade tree and other living flora and fauna.

Walk through the indoor dome with an origami-style glass structure where guests can check out over the 3,000 plants and animals they house as you truck through the tropics that will replicate a South American rainforest.

“It’s been three years in the making, we’re happy to reach the finish line. The Green Planet is the first indoor tropical rainforest in the region. This is a fully integrated biodome, visitors can have an up-close-and-personal encounter with plants and animals,” said Jean-March Bled, Meraas Holding general manager of Leisure and Entertainment.
