Dubai Municipality has announced that the soft opening of Dubai Safari Park will take place tomorrow, December 12, reports Gulf News.
Timings for the park have also been announced, and it will operate from 9am-5pm. Dubai Safari Park will open to select members of the media tomorrow at 10am, and they will be getting an exclusive glimpse into Dubai's latest wildlife sanctuary.
Spread out over 119 hectares in Al Warqaa-5, the par runs mainly on solar power. The land where Dubai Safari now stands used to be a waste dump, making this a phenomenal environmental achievement for the Dubai Municipality. Around 2500 to 3000 animals will be present for viewing at the Dhs1Billion park.
Ticket prices will range from Dhs20 to Dhs30 for children and Dhs50 to Dhs85 for adults. Children below three, adults above 60 and people of determination will enjoy the visit to the wildlife sanctuary project for free.
When will the park open to the public? We'll most probably be finding out tomorrow so stay tuned!
