The wait is almost over animal lovers, as Dubai Safari, which will be home to around 3,500 animals, is finally opening on December 2.
The park, which is located at Al Warqa-5 (near Dragon Mart), covers over 119 hectares and will be divided into Arabic, African and Safari villages, each designed with distinctive features and plants.

This vast area will also house many reptiles and birds from Dubai Zoo, as the famous tourist attraction from the 1960s is set to shut its doors on November 5 after 50 years.
Guests can travel around the park and see the wildlife closely using electric vehicles. The animals will not be put on display in typical zoo-style.

We can’t wait to see the adorable white lion cubs, and the pair of hippos, who have already settled in at the park.
