A new service by the St Regis Doha plans to take the hard work out of entertaining at home, providing a five star catering team who come to you. For dinner parties of up to 15 guests, the hotel can provide everything from personalised menus and butlers (ooh la la!) to Michelin-starred cuisine and your choice of flower arrangements.
If you’re looking for a high class option for your next corporate function, a customised menu and service can be arranged for up to 300 people – think The Great Gatsby meets Doha style. The cuisine can be matched with recommendations from the sommelier or favourites from a pairing menu.
The service was launched this week at a gathering hosted by St Regis general manager Tareq Derbas at one of the hotel’s private beach cabanas, where guests sampled a delish range of canapés created by chefs from the hotel’s Gordon Ramsay restaurant.
