Did Justin Bieber ATTACK his driver?!
A limousine driver who accused Justin Bieber of attacking him back in 2013 has filed a lawsuit against the troubled pop star seeking $850,000 in damages. Here we go again!
Justin was charged with assault in his native Canada in December, 2013 after Abdul Mohar alleged he was hit around the head when he refused to turn the volume up on the radio. The alleged incident is said to have occurred after Mohar picked Biebs and his friends up from a nightclub in Toronto. Justin was later charged with assault, but the case was dropped after prosecutors concluded they could not establish, beyond a reasonable doubt, the identity of the person who assaulted Mohar.
Documents filed in court on Friday report that Mohar is now asking for $850,000 in damages and a restraining order preventing Justin from coming within 100 metres of him. A lawyer for the singer, Brian Greenspan, has called the lawsuit "totally without merit," adding in a statement to the Toronto Star: "During the course of the incident, while speaking with the 911 operator, the limousine driver had, in fact, identified his alleged assailant, who was still present, as black. After a careful assessment of the evidence, the Crown attorney withdrew the charge."
Whether it was Justin who slapped him or not, one thing is for sure - drama follows this boy wherever he goes!
