David Gandy is to follow in the footsteps of David Beckham and design a men’s underwear collection. While Becks worked with H&M on his collection which has been a huge success, Gandy is sticking to his British roots and creating a range of men’s pieces for Marks & Spencer. The 34-year-old Dolce & Gabbana model is already the face of M&S main collection and is said to be “delighted” to be taking the partnership to the creative level.
David told The Telegraph “"It's the first time that I've been involved with the design and creation of a collection and I've thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it." David’s collection focuses on the detailing, ensuring that each piece is a great fit and super-confortable. M&S prides itself on its comfort and this collection will do that too.
David’s new range comes after the success of Rosie Huntington-Whiteley’s Autograph underwear line has done so well since its debut in 2012.
