From stand up paddleboarding to wakeboarding and all that's fun
about splashing about, you're likely to find it at Yas Marina's Splash@Yas water sports festival on 4 May.
At the wakeboarding clinic, you'll learn the
tricks of the sport including an Air Raley, Scarecrow, Tantrum and Whirlybird
from top instructors. You can also try your
hand at the ancient Hawaiian sport of Stand Up Paddle or Hoe he'e nalu as it is
known in Hawaiian that is currently a fave with celebs around the word (Cameron
Diaz is a fan!). Plus there are prizes worth
Dhs6,500 up for grabs in water sporting competitions!
Kids are in for a treat at the fest too, with free wakeboarding sessions
for them as well as face painting, a bouncy
castle and henna artists. See you there!
