After the success of its first outlet in the Jumeirah Emirates Towers Boulevard, CRYO Health is set to open another ice spa in Dubai. The first outlet has proven to be a big hit amongst Dubai’s fitness enthusiasts. A celebrity favourite hot-spot, CYRO Health is the first treatment facility of its kind to be introduced in the GCC, offering state of the art whole body and local cryotherapy solutions.

Cryotherapy has been a staple for professional athletes and celebrities such as Demi Moore, Jessica Alba, Cristiano Ronaldo and Kobe Bryant. The therapy invloves a painless freezing of the skin’s surface through exposure to extremely low temperatures, using gasiform Nitrogen for a maximum of 3 minutes. The three-minute freeze session in the cryotherapy chamber replaces the traditional ice bath, as it is more effective to help athletes recover from arduous workouts more rapidly as well as aiding in weight loss, cellulite reduction, tighter and healthier skin, as well as increased collagen production.

All right everybody, calm down, there’s room for everyone!

Benny Parihar, a partner at CRYO Health, is thrilled with the success of the concept in the region so far. He said that: “We are very happy to see that the number of our CRYO Health clients has increased steadily and significantly over the past year. That’s why we are currently expanding and will soon open another outlet in Dubai Ladies Club. Clients that use our chambers come from all walks of life; professional athletes, fitness enthusiasts, women who want to get rid of cellulite, as well as people who suffer from medical conditions such as arthritis.”

Ladies get your purses out and your freeze on at this new health venue!

INFO: Treatments are available at a starting price of Dhs275,
