Crank up the aircon, it's going to get hotter in the UAE!
According to a report by Gulf News, the maximum temperatures in the UAE have been between 44 and 48 degrees Celsius for the last few days, but it will feel hotter than usual due to an increase in humidity in the coastal and inland region of the country. Oh no!
The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS) was quoted saying that the humidity is said to increase today evening, despite light winds.
Humidity levels today are said to go up to a maximum of 65-95 per cent in the morning. Mountainous regions however are said to have lower humidity levels with temperatures only expected to climb till 37C.
We can only hope that this heat will eventually bring in some much needed rain to cool down the region.
