12 wedges of watermelon, bite-sized
1 bar dark chocolate (highest per cent cocoa you can find)
1 bar milk chocolate
A handful hazelnuts, crushed
1. Break the chocolate into chunks and melt gently in a bowl over a pot of simmering water (bain marie).
2. Remove from the heat and dip the tips of the watermelon wedges into the chocolate.
3. Scatter with hazelnuts to garnish.
