Chilean Seabass
Jalapeno & ginger dressing
Daikon
Carrots
Method
1. Marinate a fillet of Chilean Seabass in a mixture of teriyaki sauce, fresh chillis, garlic and lemon juice
2. Once the fish has been marinated, put on the barbeque to grill until cooked throughout and slightly crispy on the outside
3. Make the dressing by blending together some jalapenos, chopped ginger and olive oil
4. Season with salt
5. When the fish is cooked, drizzle some sauce over the fish and top with some shredded carrots and daikon
