Chicken Shawarma Pizza

INGREDIENTS
240g pizza dough
140g chicken breast, cut into strips
4g olive oil
4g sea salt
20g shawarma spices
110g pizza sauce
60g shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

FOR THE SIDE SALAD
80g sliced onions
40g julienne tomato
5g chopped parsley
4g sumac powder

FOR THE GARLIC-MAYO SAUCE
2g garlic
8g low-fat yoghurt
10g low-fat mayonnaise

METHOD
1. Marinate the chicken with olive oil, sea salt and shawarma spices for 3 hours. Then grill in a hot pan until cooked through.
2. Divide the pizza dough into four equal rounds. Flatten to make the pizza crust.
3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly onto the dough.
4. Top the pizza with the grilled chicken slices and low-fat mozzarella cheese. Then bake at 170C for 7 minutes.

To make the salad: toss together all the ingredients.
To make the sauce: blend the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Serve the pizza with the salad and sauce.
