Serves 5

4 eggs
125g sugar
200g frozen cherries
5g salt
80g flour
250ml milk
60g butter
5ml vanilla essence

Preheat oven to 150C.
2. Mix the butter and sugar until smooth, add the eggs and the flour.
3. Boil the milk, add the vanilla. Cool the liquid to room temperature and add to the butter, egg and sugar for a clafoutis mix.
4. Place the frozen cherries on a plate and pour over the clafoutis mix. Bake for about 45 minutes until slightly golden on top.
