A very blunt confession, we must say.

The 39-year-old Magic Mike star just confessed on his Instagram and Twitter on July 13th that he is in fact in therapy, a sudden outburst that he managed to overpower with his rant about some strange astrology app.

The said app called 'The Pattern' has a questionable description on the App store which read, 'A social network that helps you better understand yourself and connect with others on a deeper level.'

Now that's creepy.

Channing's rant to his 26 million followers was quite descriptive, too. He really believed that the free app was "listening" through his phone while he was at therapy.

He then followed this up saying: "Yeah, I'm in therapy, whatever. Everybody should be in therapy - and I just get a notification on my phone this morning... using the exact words we were using in therapy."

Let's talk about how candid that confession was!

Channing then carried on questioning the hidden motives of the personality app and said: "Is the phone listening? Are you listening through my phone and then just regurgitating the stuff that I'm afraid of?"

He even demanded the developers of the app to DM him personally, so he knows what's really up.

To everyone's surprise, The Pattern app got so much attention from Channing's video that their servers crashed.

The app reposted Channing's video on their Instagram @thepattern with the caption, "So *this* happened! ...and then our servers crashed."

They also posted a comment on Channing's video on Instagram addressing his wish to get a DM from them. It said: "Thanks for letting us know you planned on crashing our servers today. We’ll be sliding into your dms shortly."

We totally can't blame Channing for being paranoid, but it seems like the astrology app doesn't bring any harm after all...
