Mel B
When Melanie Brown (a.k.a Scary Spice) was pregnant with her daughter Angel she piled on the weight, going up to 170 pounds. Eight weeks after the birth, she signed up for Dancing With The Stars and started rehearsing. While many women spend years trying to lose their baby weight, in a short seven months on the show, Mel B took off an incredible 50 pounds, shedding her pregnancy weight completely! Although she didn’t win the competition, her yummy mummy figure gains Mel B the winning spot on our chart.

Kelly Osbourne
After appearing on Dancing With The Stars, Kelly Osbourne dropped 20 pounds, slimming down to an impressive US size 2! The once hefty daughter of rock-star Ozzy Osbourne used to always cover up in public, and seems shy about her weight, but since the show she has had the confidence to strip off for the camera for the first time, even appearing on the cover of Shape magazine in a bikini. You go girl!

Lil’ Kim
Rapper Lil’ Kim shed 20 pounds and toned up her tiny frame through a combination of healthy eating and exercise following her stint on Dancing With The Stars. Like a number of fellow participants, her weight plummeted after the weeks of intense rehearsal. Although Lil’ Kim was voted off the show after viewers failed to warm up to her, even though she consistently achieved high scores, she still left with the grand prize – a banging body!

Ricki Lake

On Dancing With The Stars, Ricki Lake had more to be happy about than reaching the finals, as she achieved a huge weight loss of more than 20 pounds, and several dress sizes! The talk show host started the competition a US size 8 and finished 15 inches slimmer and a US size 4, just in time for her wedding! Ricki credits her weight loss transformation to the endless hours of training she put in with dance partner her Derek Hough.
