Joining the culinary line-up at The H Hotel, from 22 to 28 June, is Silvena Rowe – an acclaimed chef and the author of six cookery bestsellers. The authority on modern Eastern Mediterranean cooking, Silvena’s approach is bold, fragrant and, above all, delicious. Born in Bulgaria on the Turkish border, her love affair with food started early on and a trip back to her Eastern Mediterranean roots to explore the gastronomy of the Ottoman Empire was the inspiration for her book Purple Citrus and Sweet Perfume

At The H Hotel’s Empire Restaurant on 26 June there will be an exclusive four-course dinner featuring Chef’s Silvena’s Modern Ottoman menu accompanied by a selection of fine grape and live entertainment. Come the weekend (28 June) the Mizaan brunch will have an Ottoman transformation to the traditional Mediterranean menu thanks to Chef Silvena.
