Career: Sharon shot to fame in the 1992 film Basic Instinct and in 1995 she won a Golden Globe for her performance in Casino. Her other films include The Quick and the Dead and Alpha Dog and she has also made a guest appearance in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.

Relationships: She married television producer Michael Greenburg in 1984, but they separated three years later. On 14 February 1998 she married Phil Bronstein. They divorced in 1994. They have an adopted son, Roan Joseph Bronstein, born 22 May 2000 and Sharon adopted two more sons, Laird Vonne Stone, on 7 May 2005 and Quinn Kelly Stone, on 28 June 2006.

FYI: For many years Sharon claimed she had an IQ of 148 and was a member of Mensa. She later admitted that she had never been a member of the high IQ society.
