P. Diddy (aka Sean Combs)
Career: Originally known as Puff Daddy, he changed his stage name to Diddy in 2005 but continues to be known as P. Diddy in the UK due to legal issues. He founded Bad Boy Records in 1993 and signed artists including Lil’ Kim, Faith Evans, Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men. His debut album, No Way Out, was released in 1997 under the name Puff Daddy. It went to number one and won him a Grammy for Best Rap Album. He has appeared in the films Made, Monster’s Ball and Training Day and owns two clothing lines, Sean John and Sean by Sean Combs.
Relationships: Diddy has never married but has five children and is the informal stepfather to Quincy Jones Brown, born 1995, whose mother is his ex-girlfriend, actress and model Kimberley Porter. His eldest child is Justin Dior Combs, born December 1993, from a relationship with his high school sweetheart, stylist Misa Hylton-Brim. He has three children with Kim Porter, Christian Casey Combs, born April 1998, and twin daughters D’Lila Star Combs and Jessie James Combs, born December 2006. The couple ended their relationship in July 2007. In October 2007 he took responsibility for Chance, his daughter with Sarah Chapman.
