Career: Jennifer first found fame playing CIA agent Sidney Bristow in the TV series Alias. The show ran from 2001-2006 and earned her a Golden Globe Award in 2002. By then she had already begun her film career, notching up roles in Dude, Where’s My Car?, Pearl Harbor, Catch Me If You Can and Daredevil. She had her first leading role in the 2004 film 13 Going On 30 and she made her Broadway stage debut in 2007 in Cyrano de Bergerac.
Relationships: Jennifer married her first husband, actor Scott Foley, on 19th October 2000. They separated in March 2003, and she was in a relationship with her Alias co-star Michael Vartan from August 2003 until March 2004. She started dating her Daredevil co-star Ben Affleck in summer 2004, and they married on 29 June, 2005. They have two daughters: Violet Anne Affleck, born in December 2005, and Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, born in January 2009.
FYI: Jennifer had been stalked since 2002 by a man called Steve Burkey. He was arrested in December 2009 after violating a restraining order and, in March 2010, he was ruled insane and sent to the California state mental hospital.
