Career: Before starting her career, Geri worked as a nightclub dancer in Majorca, a presenter on the Turkish gameshow Let’s Make a Deal and a glamour model. She found fame as one of The Spice Girls, where she was known as Ginger Spice. The band sold over 65 million records and became the best-selling girl group of all time. On 30th May 1998 she left the band due to depression and personal differences. She launched her solo career in 1999 and her debut album, Schizophonic, produced four UK number ones. In 2007 the Spice Girls reformed for the Return of the Spice Girls Tour. Geri has also written an autobiography, If Only, released two yoga DVDs and written a series of children’s books based on the character Ugenia Lavender.
Relationships: Geri has been linked to Robbie Williams, television and radio presenter Chris Evans, dancer Ivan “Flipz” Velez, Italian multimillionaire Fabrizio Politi and screenwriter Sacha Gervasi. Their daughter, Bluebell Madonna, was born on 14th May 2006. She has been dating British aristocrat Henry Beckwith since March 2009.
