Career: Felicity started her career as a stage actress and made her Broadway debut in 1988 in the lead role in Speed the Plow. In 1991 she played her first leading role on screen in the TV miniseries Golden Years, based on the novel by Stephen King. Film roles in Hackers and The Spanish Prisoner followed, along with guest roles in Frasier, The West Wing and The X-Files. She is best-known for playing Lynette Scavo in the TV comedy drama Desperate Housewives. Since the show premiered in 2004, she has won an Emmy and two SAG Awards for her performance. She also won a Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for her portrayal of a transsexual woman in the 2005 film Transamerica.

Relationships: Felicity married actor William H. Macy on 6th September 1997. They have two daughters: Sophie Grace, born 1st August 2000 and Georgina Grace, born 14th March 2002.

FYI: In 2005 Felicity admitted that she had suffered from anorexia and bulimia in her teens and twenties.
