Career: Carey made her film debut in 2005‘s Pride & Prejudice. She had television roles in the BBC’s Bleak House, My Boy Jack and Northanger Abbey. In 2009 she won a Best Actress BAFTA for her role in the film An Education. Other films include Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and Never Let Me Go.
Relationships: She dated her Wall Street co-star Shia LeBeouf for one year after they met on set in 2009. After their split she was linked to actors Tom Sturridge and Eddie Redmayne and Mumford & Sons lead singer Marcus Mumford.
FYI: Before she started acting professionally, Carey applied to - and was rejected by - three drama schools.
